The BSJ Team

Our staff's expertise gives patients the confidence, comfort, and assurance that they are in the best of hands. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of care available.

Alison D. Barrack, MD is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of spine, musculoskeletal, nerve, and joint disorders.

Dr. Barrack developed  Barrack Spine and Joint Medicine in 2009 to provide a more intimate environment in which to treat her patients. Improvement in patient communication and a partnership with her patients in their wellbeing was a personal goal and one which she felt was necessary in providing quality medical care.

Her unique nonsurgical approach focuses on the patient rather than the disorder. This allows each individual to achieve maximal function and a higher quality of life.

Together with her wonderful staff, she brings extensive expertise in preventive, conservative, and interventional management of bone, muscle and joint disorders.
